Registration

All papers accepted for inclusion in the technical program must be presented at the conference by one of the authors or a qualified representative. Each paper must be covered by at least one full registration before July 24, 2024. Papers which do not fulfill this requirement will be withdrawn from the program and will not be included in the workshop proceedings. One full registration can cover up to 3 papers.

Full and student registrations include a welcome package, welcome reception, access to all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks.

* Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students, including PhD students. Students registering with a discounted rate must upload a proof of their student status (e.g., copy of student ID card or certificate) when registering.

On-site Registration

An on-site registration can also be made during the workshop at the registration desk.

Invitation Letter

An invitation letter for visa application purposes can be requested during the registration. If the registration is already completed, an invitation letter can also be obtained later on by sending a request to hmma@es.aau.dk. The request for an invitation letter needs to include the name, address, affiliation, passport number, date of birth, and registration id.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are credit card and bank transfer where payment by credit card is recommended. We accept major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. All delegates will receive a receipt from the conference organizer.

Refund Policy

A full refund, deducting a processing fee of 50 €, will be given for cancellations until July 24, 2024. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date.
