The IWAENC 2024 organizers invite sponsorship as an opportunity for increased visibility during the event and to support outreach and community goals. We offer a three-tiered sponsorship structure including:

Bronze – 1000 €

• Logo on conference website and program guide
• Link to sponsor’s website on the conference website 
• Advance registration

Silver – 2500 €

• Logo on conference website and program guide
• Link to sponsor’s website on the conference website 
• Half page for advertisement in the conference program guide
• One complimentary conference registration
• Advance registration

Gold – 5000 €

• Logo on conference website and program guide
• Link to sponsor’s website on the conference website 
• Full page for advertisement in the conference program guide
• Sponsorship acknowledgement during the opening and closing sessions,and during the banquet
• Two complimentary conference registrations
• Advance registration
