Presentation Guidelines
All paper presentations at the workshop will be in the form of posters. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful presentation experience:
Poster Dimensions
The dimensions of the poster boards are 120 cm wide and 150 cm tall. Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions.
Poster Format
The poster should be oriented to fit the dimensions of the poster boards. Include the title of your paper, authors’ names, and affiliations at the top of the poster. Use large, readable fonts for the title and headings to ensure visibility from a distance. Break down your content into clear, concise sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Use bullet points, figures, tables, and images to convey your message effectively. Ensure that all visuals are high-quality and legible.
Setup and Presentation
Posters should be set up at the designated poster area in Musikkens Hus before the start of the workshop sessions. Each presenter will be assigned a specific poster board. Please check the program schedule for your assigned poster number and setup time. Presenters must be present at their posters during the designated poster session times to engage with attendees and answer questions.
Additional Tips
Practice your presentation beforehand to ensure you can convey your key points within a short time frame. Prepare a brief summary or “elevator pitch” of your poster to quickly attract interest from attendees.
